Shipping & payment
What Happens Between Order Confirmation and Machine Arrival
A CNC cutting machine is a large export item. The commercial offer should make the machine configuration, Incoterm, packing, documents, payment stages and destination responsibilities clear before the deposit is paid.
- FOB / CIF quotation by destination
- Export packing and documents
- Inspection before shipment

Commercial checklist
Make the quotation comparable
Two machine prices are not comparable if one includes a different table, tool set, voltage, packing or freight term.
| Item | What should be written down |
|---|---|
| Machine | Model, working area, tooling, vacuum, conveyor and options |
| Electrical | Voltage, frequency, phase and plug |
| Documents | CE certificate copy, manual, packing list and commercial invoice |
| Packing | Export packaging, moisture protection and container loading plan |
| Incoterm | FOB, CIF or another agreed term and named port |
| Payment | Deposit, balance trigger and accepted currency |
| Inspection | Video, live call or third-party inspection before shipment |
| Spares | Blades, mats, sensors or recommended first-order wear parts |
Lead time
Production time is not transit time
A standard machine may be quoted at about 15 days from deposit and a custom configuration at about 30 days. Ocean transit, port handling and destination clearance are separate. Ask for the production date and the estimated arrival window in writing.
The buyer or freight forwarder normally handles import duty, local taxes and destination charges unless the quotation says otherwise.

Need a shipping and configuration comparison?
Send the destination port, material and required output. We will separate the machine scope from freight and destination charges.
