Factory & quality
How a Shilai CNC Machine Is Built, Tested and Packed
The production facility in Yucheng, Dezhou handles assembly, configuration, cutting tests, quality inspection and packing. The process is deliberately visible: buyers can review the machine build, watch a live test and receive the parameter record before the balance is paid.
- Assembly and test under one roof
- Documented build and inspection process
- ISO 9001:2015 quality system

The build
Four checkpoints between order and shipment
Every machine configuration is different, but the control points should not be.
Frame and mechanical build
The frame, guide rails, rack and gantry are assembled and checked for alignment before the cutting head and table are finalised.
Electrical and safety
Drive, wiring, emergency stop, anti-collision and guarding are checked against the agreed configuration and destination requirements.
Cutting test
The machine is run on a representative material. Tool, feed, vacuum and cut result are reviewed before packing.
Inspection and documentation
Configuration, accessories, labels and documents are checked against the order. Certificate and shipping documents are prepared.

Capacity without exaggeration
What the published company data actually says
Alibaba’s verified company profile lists 11–50 employees, a factory size of 1,000–3,000 m², establishment in 2018 and annual output value in the US$5–10 million range. The current Shilai site describes two production lines and a 2,544 m² facility. These are operational facts a buyer can ask to verify on a live call.
We do not publish an invented “world’s largest” claim. The relevant question is whether the factory can build, test and document the configuration you need, then ship it on the agreed schedule.

Verification
Choose the level of inspection that fits the order
The right option depends on the buyer’s risk, travel cost and internal approval process.
| Method | What you see | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Video verification | Recorded or live cutting test, machine configuration and key components | First order and standard configurations |
| Live video factory tour | Factory floor, build in progress, component review and CAD-to-cut demonstration | Buyers who want a factory check without travel |
| Third-party inspection | Independent inspection against the agreed specification | Larger orders or internal procurement requirements |
