SL1625FM CNC Foam Cutting and Milling Machine for EVA Packaging Inserts
The SL1625FM cuts foam profiles with an oscillating knife and mills internal cavities with a high-speed router. It is built for EVA, EPE, PU, EPS, XPS and similar foam used in protective packaging, tool cases and custom inserts, with up to 100 mm cutting capability depending on material.

Can this model be customized?
Yes. Working area, tooling, feeding, voltage, vacuum zoning and safety options can be configured around the material and production plan. The model number is a starting platform, not a fixed box.
What is the lead time?
A standard configuration is typically quoted at about 15 days after deposit. A custom configuration can take about 30 days. The exact schedule is confirmed in the quotation.
What warranty is included?
Shilai currently publishes a 3-year machine warranty. Wear parts and consumables are handled separately. The quotation states the final warranty terms.
Can I see the machine tested before shipment?
Yes. Depending on the buyer’s preference, the factory can provide video verification, a live video call or a third-party inspection. The selected configuration is checked before packing.
