Service & support
What Happens After the Machine Arrives
Shilai supports the machine through installation guidance, operator training, remote troubleshooting and spare-parts supply. The objective is simple: get the first production job running and keep the table cutting after the honeymoon period.
- Remote installation support
- Operator training
- Spare blades and wear parts

Support model
From first cut to routine maintenance
Support is part of the machine specification, not an afterthought after the invoice.
Installation and commissioning
Remote guidance for power, vacuum, software, tool setup and the first test cut. On-site service can be quoted where required.
Operator training
Training covers file import, tool selection, zero setting, vacuum zoning, cutting parameters and safe shutdown.
Troubleshooting
Photo, video and live-call support help diagnose registration, edge quality, vacuum and motion issues without guessing.
Spare parts
Blades, cutting mats or felt, sensors and other wear parts can be quoted with the machine or shipped after installation.
Warranty
Read the warranty against the wear parts
Shilai currently publishes a 3-year machine warranty. Blades, cutting mats and other consumables are wear items and are handled under separate terms. The quotation and order confirmation should state the final warranty scope.
Keep the machine configuration, serial number, delivery date and maintenance record together. These details make support faster and protect the warranty discussion.
Next step
Need a support answer or a spare-part quote?
Send the model, serial number, issue and photos. Include the material and the last known-good parameter if the machine is already in production.
