Free cutting test
Send Three Pieces. Get the Cut, the Video and a Priced Configuration.
The fastest way to remove technical uncertainty is to cut your own material. Send three A4-sized pieces and one drawing in DXF, AI or PDF. We run the test at production speed, record the tool and parameters, and return the cut parts with a configuration recommendation before any deposit.
- No deposit to see the result
- We pay return freight on accepted tests
- Reply within 48 hours, Monday–Saturday

How it works
Three steps, one evidence pack
You do not need to know which model you want. Tell us what the material is and what the finished part has to do.
Send the material and drawing
Three A4 pieces of the actual production material, one drawing in DXF, AI or PDF, and a note on thickness, quantity and target output.
We cut and film it
The test runs at production speed. We record the knife, frequency, feed, vacuum zoning and number of passes.
You receive the evidence
Cut parts by courier, a parameter sheet, tool recommendation and one priced machine configuration.
What you get back
The output is a configuration, not a sales video
A useful test answers four questions: does the blade produce a clean edge, does the material stay in position, can the machine hit the required cycle time, and which tool and table size are actually needed?
Your evidence pack includes a short video, the physical cut parts, a parameter sheet, a tool recommendation, notes on any limitation, and one priced configuration. If the material is unsuitable for the process, we will say so.

Request a cutting test
Use the form or contact us on WhatsApp. We will confirm the shipping address and what to send before you spend money on courier costs.
Decision support
Test-cut questions
Direct answers to the questions that usually arrive before a machine specification is approved.
Do I pay for the test cut?
There is no deposit to see the test result. The sample material and outbound shipping are arranged with us after the request. The exact freight arrangement is confirmed before you send anything.
What file formats can you open?
DXF, AI and PDF are the usual starting formats. PLT and standard CAD exports may also work. Send the file with a drawing or finished-part photo so the geometry can be checked.
How long does the test take?
Most tests are completed after the material arrives and the drawing is confirmed. We aim to reply with the test plan and schedule within 48 hours, Monday to Saturday, GMT+8.
What if the material cannot be cut by an oscillating knife?
We will tell you. The machine range is for flexible, fibrous and composite materials. Metal, glass, stone and cured laminate require a different process, and we will not force the application.
Next step
Not ready to ship a sample yet?
Send the material data sheet, thickness, drawing and target output. We can still narrow the platform and explain the likely tooling before any material moves.
