Its own text states that no product verification was carried out and that it cannot replace the manufacturer’s EC Declaration of Conformity.

How to use these documents
Match the document to the exact machine and destination
A document cover, a declaration and a machine serial number are different pieces of evidence. Procurement should see how they connect.
ECM voluntary document. Read the stated scope and remarks. Request the complete annex and confirm whether the exact model and configuration appear in it.
EC Declaration of Conformity. Ask for the manufacturer’s declaration for the machine being quoted. A voluntary document review is not a substitute for that declaration.
ISO 9001. The certificate covers the stated quality-management scope. Check the issuer, certificate number, validity and current status independently.
Test cut. The material test remains the application-specific evidence for edge quality, tolerance, hold-down and cycle time.
Published documents reproduce the document-holder name exactly as issued. Check that the seller on your quotation, proforma invoice and shipping documents is clear for your transaction.
